Good day! Since the beginning of the school year I installed an app for me and my child. The app shows that the child, when turning on the mobile Internet, abruptly moves to another part of the city, but when turning on WiFi shows the correct location of the child. What could be the problem?

The app requires full access to your account and phone! Why would a GPS tracker need that?! We were offered this app as a replacement for just KidControl, and I am PROPOSED! Please bring back our app

Bought it about 5 years ago, had constant problems with loading (endlessly spinning wheel), then uninstalled. Thought that now they have fixed it.... Was surprised that no. Still the same, the second day endless download. With the Internet, of course, everything is normal, and through lte and wifi. Uninstalling again.

Sent my daughter to a camp 160 km away from the city, three days later her location is still at the point of departure. Internet works, every day is in touch. The first version reacted to the movement in 5 minutes, after the update the program does not perform its functions. My wishes to the developers - either roll back to the previous version, or finalize the new one taking into account the wishes of users, otherwise the price of your product is a pittance!

The previous version of the app was better! In the first moderators stupidly ignore your problems, in the second application is sometimes 3-4 days does not update the location, again, your requests for help no one answers. All in all, everything is sad.

Surprisingly accurate location. However, I could not set a specific location (school, for example): when selecting a specific house, the street is not correctly defined. And if you set the location update every 15 minutes, for some reason it does not happen, come to press "update" and then shows exactly at the moment.

The app is not working! Two devices. Both are online. Location updated 24 hours ago. What the hell is this? Battery settings, autorun, everything is done.
